Lisa is a consummate professional and has been an invaluable resource to me as I begin my new business. Not only is she warm and welcoming in person, she is also an expert in her field who makes the subject matter relatable and accessible to her clients.  Her training has provided me with a vast knowledge of etiquette and best practices for teaching it.

As an international business operator, I have been impressed with Lisa’s curiosity and questions, which enabled her to advise me and apply her product in a new region for a new audience. Her knowledge of marketing enabled me to hit the ground running and hold my first classes within weeks of becoming certified.  Not only have I opened my own business but I have also gained a teammate who is committed to my success. ~ Jenni F.,  Macau, China

Lisa Richey’s Manners To Go certification program provides a highly efficient and effective training program for anyone considering starting a manners and etiquette business. I selected her program because of the virtual delivery method of training. The lesson plans and student handouts were easy to download and review before engaging in her one-on-one conference calls. During each call, Mrs. Richey was very focused in conveying her business strategies she has proven to be successful over the years. Mrs. Richey’s Manners To Go certification program is really a “best value” program considering her efficient use of the virtual delivery method of training, the quality of teaching materials provided and the effective, interactive business calls with her I found necessary to guide my steps to make the business of teaching manners successful. ~ Aleta Greenspan, Alabama

As a former teacher, I deliberated for months over which etiquette curriculum would best fit and equip me with quality materials, instruction and support to reenter the field of education.  Manners To Go delivers!  I regret not getting started sooner.  The investment is modest for the quantity and caliber of materials you receive, not to mention the personal coaching from Lisa.  The curriculum is age appropriately structured and organized in an easy to study format that positions you to execute your lesson confidently prepared.  If you have a passion for equipping young people in etiquette, Manners To Go, is the way to go! ~ Alissa R. | Etiquette Consultant, 2016

I was looking for charm school type material for my after school program for girls, and came upon the Manners To Go website. It was like finding a treasure trove of “what-to-do(s)” and “how-to-do(s)” on manners for children. It was more that I could have imagined finding. It is, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have ever made.

In receiving my MTG training, Lisa provided every tool and resource needed to become a successful MTG Consultant. What excited me the most is that the training includes access to her many years of experience as a successful businesswoman.

See what Educators have to say about MTG Curriculum for Preschool through High School

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Richey when we booked her outstanding Manners To Go program for our school assembly at Jefferson Elementary in Westfield, NJ. The program was fine tuned to each grade level and the students were engaged and ready to participate. Mrs. Richey was even kind enough to incorporate a working lunch into the already busy day to confer with our teachers on how to put the program into their everyday activities in class. The students learned how to make eye contact, to have a proper handshake, respect for others and even writing a proper thank you note with our older grades. I would highly recommend Mrs. Richey and her Manners To Go program for everyone, adults and children alike. ~ Sarah Sakr, Parent Teachers Association, Jefferson Elementary School, Westfield, NJ

I want to thank you for your time and efforts yesterday. Your presentations were absolutely fantastic. The young ladies were engaged and the staff cannot stop talking about both presentations and how much they learned. I hope in the future we could work together again and put on another successful women’s conference for a new bunch of ninth grade young ladies. I cannot thank you enough for all you did. I hope more schools will be able to experience what we experienced yesterday. ~ Heidi Roman, School Counselor and Anti-Bullying Specialist Burlington Township High School, NJ

As the After School Programs Director, I am always looking for fun and educational programs to bring into my school for grades K-5th. The manners program that Lisa Richey customized and planned for us worked out well. It covered the basic skills a young person needs to know to be a polite and well-mannered individual. Our program ran for four sessions. I would recommend this program to any school or group. ~ Wendy Walton, Afternoons Program Coordinator, The Montgomery School, Chester Springs, PA

We have been using the Manners To Go curriculum for about 8 weeks, and the results we are seeing are impressive.  Parents are seeing a difference in their child at home.  Our teachers are continually commenting on the changes they are witnessing.  Our students are excited about the way they feel; more confident, empowered, increased respect for self and others.

Teachers and parents began commenting on the positive changes they were seeing and this motived our young men & ladies to implement more of the ideas they were learning.

Thank you again for providing the curriculum, which served as the foundation for our Life Skills course. ~ Tonja Starritt. LMSW, LADAC Fort Sumner Middle School, Fort Sumner, NM

I had the privilege of working with Manners To Go this year. From the moment Mrs. Richey walked into my classroom, she had such a positive rapport with the children. Her energy and enthusiasm was infectious with my class of all girls. Mrs. Richey provided a wonderful opportunity for my students to practice what they learned in a real life situation. She taught them how to properly cut their food, eat scones, eat finger sandwiches, drink tea, and use a napkin. My students absolutely loved participating in this tea, and it was an experience they will never forget. Mrs. Richey’s manners lessons were interactive, fun, and extremely beneficial.  I see the girls continuing to use the skills taught by Mrs. Richey in our lunch program, even teaching others! Manners To Go is an amazing learning experience that I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed by Mrs. Richey’s knowledge and professionalism. I am so glad my class had the opportunity to be a part of this incredible program! I could go on for pages about our wonderful experience. ~  Kristina Kingma 4th Grade Teacher Global Leadership Academy Charter School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Manners to Go offered my special needs students a fun and interactive way to enhance their social skills.  Rather than paper and pencil, they were able to extend their learning and practice real world scenarios. They were actually excited about doing their homework, shaking hands with family, teachers and friends. ~ Heather- Neri Prudhome, Teacher, Florida School District

In today’s ever-interconnected world, young people need an “interpersonal currency” that is widely accepted and easy to use. Manners To Go puts the etiquette of our time and culture in their pockets, and in doing so, opens doors of friendship and opportunity.  Some young students have been shown these manners before by their parents, teachers and leaders, but by actually making it a formal lesson in Manners To Go, the whole notion of shaking hands or formal introductions becomes demystified.  Even a shy preadolescent will gain confidence when she or he is taught why and how to shake hands or make an introduction. For middle and high school students on the threshold of adulthood, Manners To Go gives them the playbook of how to be treated seriously by acting maturely through manners.  By making it fun, they will take this “interpersonal currency” wherever they go and won’t leave home without it. ~ Marikay Satryano Director, Malcolm Pray Achievement Center, New York

We were so impressed with all facets of Lisa’s program … not only the content and information that she shared with our children, but most importantly her approach.  She made all of the instruction relatable to their ages and provided demonstrations of how these manners translate into every day situations for them in their world.  Our children have really enjoyed teaching us what they have learned and they feel so grown-up to know the proper way to conduct themselves in a variety of different situations.  We look forward to future “refresher” sessions with Lisa! I’m happy to give any type of referral that you might need – we just loved your program! ~ Kristen, Wayne, Pa

My friends and I thought Lisa did an incredibly good job with our group of 8 boys and girls ranging in age from 8 to 11.  After the two sessions, they had a far better understanding of the importance of social interactions, eye contact, handshakes and ways to interface with adults.  The session on table manners was very helpful and I have already noticed a major change at home.  We would like to continue to have these important life skills front of mind for the children so will likely turn to Lisa again for some refreshers courses but this was a great first step! ~ Jennie, Wayne, Pa

Lisa had an approachable, practical way of guiding my daughters through the value of etiquette and a demonstration of proper manners.  It was very effective and enjoyable for everyone.  My daughters were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to integrate her tips and instruction into daily life. ~ Laura, Blue Bell, Pa

When asked about her accomplishments, Lisa always points to her ability to have a positive impact on improving self-esteem, and confidence in others, especially children. Learn more about Lisa Richey and Manners To Go™
